How do I make a purchase? Go to our official website, choose the product you want, click on “Add to cart” or “Buy now,” and complete your payment through our secure checkout.
Do you have a physical store? No. We sell exclusively online through our official website.
Do you ship to my country? Yes. We ship to most Spanish-speaking countries, as well as Spain and the United States (Latino community). The available shipping options will appear during checkout according to your address.
How long does delivery take?

Processing: 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery: between 5 and 12 business days, depending on destination and carrier.

You will receive a tracking code by email once your order has been dispatched.
What are the payment methods? We accept credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Shop Pay. In some cases, you can also pay using Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Can I pay in cash or upon delivery? Not at this time. All payments are made online using the methods above.
Can I change my order or address? We can edit or cancel an order only before it is processed. If you need to update your address or items, contact us as soon as possible at support@storefluxart.com. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be modified.
Can I add more items to an order? For operational reasons, we do not add items to existing orders. If you want more products, simply place a new order.
Where do the products come from? We work with logistics centers in various countries (U.S., Europe, and Asia). We ship from the most efficient warehouse based on your location and product availability.
I only received part of my order. Is that normal? Yes, it can happen. If your order includes products shipped from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate packages. You will receive individual tracking codes for each shipment.
What is your exchange and return policy? You have 7 days from delivery to request a return for dissatisfaction and 30 days for manufacturing defects. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. After inspection, we issue a refund to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable if the delivered product is correct. What if my delivery is delayed? Check your order status using the tracking code. If more days have passed than the estimated 5 to 12 business days, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier.
